Welcome to the Creating The Ultimate You Series. This is a series of guided online sessions, 100% based on my Potential Actualization Method to help you discover, access and actualize your potential. This is the exact method that I created and followed myself, at a point in my life where I knew I wanted to be something more, something bigger but had no idea what that actually was or how to get it. I would sit there and rack my brain, sometimes in my own tears on a Friday night, trying to find some sort of sign or guidance that would absolutely transform my world and get me from feeling so lost and merciless to living my absolute dream life, as my absolute best self.

My biggest questions for myself were:

  1. What is my dream life, what is my potential, what does it look like, what does it feel like to have it and to be that person?

  2. Once I know what I want to be and where I want to go, how do I access the best parts of myself and then how do I actually put a plan in place to bridge the gap between where am I and where I’m going?

  3. How do I put the plan into action, accessing those best parts of me, overcome any challenges and obstacles, do things differently to how I’ve always done and evolving my way of thinking into my ultimate, highest self?

  4. How do I self-reflect in an objective way, without bringing up any past fears, set-backs, feelings of failure and use self-reflection as a tool to review steps 1-3 and evolve again!

    Once I mastered these 4 steps, my evolution of self has been infinite! Every time I reach a new level, I reach a new level, and a new level and now I can’t stop.
