I’m Eugenia, and I’m here to share my story in the hope that it sparks something in you.

I’ve been where so many women find themselves Lost in my marriage, drowning in people-pleasing, battling depression, anxiety, and postnatal depression, feeling like my only purpose was to serve everyone else while completely neglecting myself. I hit rock bottom. And in that moment, I made a decision: to take my power back.

I rebuilt myself from the ground up. I learned to love myself unapologetically, set boundaries that actually protected my peace, put myself first without guilt, and turn my biggest dreams into reality. Now, I wake up every day genuinely excited about life and looking forward to making the most of every day. Something I never thought possible.

When I first started this journey, I had no clue who I was, what I wanted, or where to begin. So, I created my own path - a blueprint for reinvention. And now, I want to share it with you.
